I. NON-SERVICE DECLARATION
Participation in the UNJ network is defined as Patronage, not a fee-for-service arrangement. The Urban News Journal is a journalistic archive. We do not provide legal document preparation, advocacy, or consulting. All support is dedicated to the forensic integrity of the archive.
II. NO EDITORIAL CONTROL
Tier 1 Patrons receive institutional alignment and citation in specific audits. Patronage does not grant editorial control, veto power over audits, or the right to dictate journalistic direction. The CEO maintains absolute editorial autonomy.
III. JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS
All oversight activities and declassifications are conducted under the journalistic protections of the First Amendment and relevant Shield Laws. By accessing the archive, patrons acknowledge the non-legal nature of these reports.
