Thank you for talking with Urban News Journal! Before we use your interview, photo, or video, please read and agree to the following:

  1. Consent to Record. I agree to be photographed, video recorded, and/or audio recorded by Urban News Journal (“UNJ”) during this interview.
  2. Grant of Rights. I grant UNJ and Transform U Media Network permission to use my name, likeness, voice, and statements in UNJ’s news coverage, livestreams, video clips, social media posts (including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X), the UNJ website, and related promotional materials, in any format, without compensation.
  3. No Guarantee of Use. I understand UNJ is not obligated to use my interview or likeness, and inclusion is at UNJ’s editorial discretion.
